El Pinyol d'Oliva, in conjunction with her sister company, Safari Sud Ltd, serves as a base for a number of tailor made tours each year. These cater to different interests such as walking, wine, cooking, painting, and creative writing.

Some take in local festivals such as the Pablo Casals Music Festival (26 july - 13 August 2008)
and Visa Pour l’Image (30 August - 14 September).

The house is also a venue for gatherings of friends and families, where, if they wish, guests can relax completely by having their holiday fully catered and activities organized for them.
